Shaverboy makes every effort to make you happy with the products you purchase. If any Shaverboy product does not meet up with your expectations, simply return your purchase in its original package. All items must be in their original condition. Shaverboy will not refund any item that has been damaged or altered. Safety razors must be clean, blades must not have been tampered with and be in their original wrappers.
Refunds are made within 30 business days via Paypal or a Shaverboy check payable to you.
For replacements, Shaverboy ships a new replacement item to you. If a replacement item is back order, Shaverboy will offer you two alternatives: 1) a full refund including shipping and a bonus blade package (5 blades) or 2) a product restocking delay period and the product being sent to you at your home address at a later date.
If you place an order on an item that is back order and Shaverboy has a superior quality replacement (higher priced) to offer you, Shaverboy can choose to send you a better product at the same price. If you do not agree with the substitution made, contact us. We will reinstate your initial order and you get to keep the replacement item we offered you !
